About
SecureTrust aimed to position itself as a modern, easy-to-use PCI compliance product tailored for small business owners.
Prior to the start of the project, the company has undergone restructuring after being acquired by VikingCloud. This changed how the company aimed to service current and future customers, and consequently created a gap on how the website reflected this organizational change.
Starting from the core of understanding SecureTrust's organizational need for the redesign, Greater adopted a strategic approach focused on clarity, accessibility, and scalability to position the company as a modern, user-friendly PCI compliance solution for small businesses.
We conducted a content audit to redesign the SecureTrust website with a more streamlined content discovery funnel. We reshaped the information architecture to clarify the scope of their services. This included creating distinct pathways for SecureTrust and VikingCloud services -- separating SMB and enterprise use cases, and focusing on their self-serve product, PCI manager, for non-enterprise customers.
The refreshed brand identity has a clean, approachable, tech-forward aesthetic that distinguishes them from their mother company. To maintain brand recognition, we pulled the colors from the logo and expanded the palette adjusted for ADA compliance.
It features new design elements that puts a spotlight and context to the PCI Manager. UI-focused imagery further reinforced the product, providing an peak into the dashboard and its features.
To support scalability and flexibility, the website was migrated to Webflow. The site was optimized to adhere to modern web standards, and built to scale. This development approach allowed for the seamless application of the design system across various layout iterations. We created a component library that can be used as core foundational elements to future site updates.
In this project, we developed worked with SecureTrust to develop an understanding of the organizational need for the redesign, and created a web experience that functions to meet those needs. Beyond the new look, SecureTrust successfully positioned itself as a modern, user-friendly PCI compliance solution, meeting the needs of small business owners and enhancing its market presence.
