Bringing the heart of Tuscany to the digital world

The History

Ville Ferrano is an ever-growing vacation resort located just outside the charming town of San Giovanni d’Asso, Montalcino, Italy. Known for its breathtaking scenery, the resort offers guests not only stunning views but also a range of amenities and complimentary experiences designed to enrich every visit.

The Challenge

Ville Ferrano’s original "Experience" page served as a simple guide to the resort's basic amenities and bookable experiences.

However, as the resort expanded its offerings over the years, updating the page became cumbersome and the pages felt like it served too many different audiences: potential guests, current guests, and people looking to host an event. Ville Ferrano needed a comprehensive restructure of its "Experience" page to accommodate the expanded amenities, provide accurate information, and include booking options for outsourced activities.

The Solution

To simplify navigation and enhance the user experience, we divided the content into three distinct pages: Amenities, Experiences, and Venue. By creating distinct landing pages for unique user needs, the company can be more effective by allowing guests to easily find the information they need. For instance, sending someone interested in wedding venues a direct link is more effective than a long experience page that has a bunch of everything.
