About the client
Atelio is a financial technology company with a mission to democratize financial services. Focused on underserved underserved or unserved communities by today’s financial systems, Atelio’s embedded finance platform seamlessly integrates into diverse business experiences.

The challenge

Atelio by FIS emerged from Bond and now parent company FIS. They had just embarked on a brand sprint resulting in a new visual identity, new site, and new brand messaging. So they turned to us to help them expand their brand guidelines, support on visual assets, and design their marketing and sales materials.

The scope

One of the many projects was to create a promotional video that spoke to all of Atelio's offerings and the value proposition.  They wanted a fresh and future forward video that highlighted what made Atelio different from the other Fintech companies in the market, particularly emphasizing their enterprise level API and fully white-labeled hosted app.

The process

Energized by our recent brand sprint and our development of the visual language, we began with a storyboarding exercise of understanding how we might visualize aspects of the script within the world of this kinetic geometric style. We pulled inspiration from bauhaus patterns, minimalism, and  self operating systems like the rube goldberg machine.  

Once we understood the visual inspiration and direction for the video we were able go into production.  Storyboarding each frame, procuring voice overs, designing the motion graphics, and mixing the sound.

Result

The result was a psychedelic, dynamic video that not only goes into depth on the business's offerings but also feels engaging to watch.
