So what’s the process?

Concept: Move onto the ideation phase. Here you can generate and develop ideas that solve the problems you’ve outlined.

Qualify: Take all the ideas and start to build a system to understand what is better at certain things than the other. Try your best to make this quantitative

Build: Take your best ideas and start making prototypes to bring these ideas to life.

Test: Get people to try your prototypes. Analyze the feedback and results and see what you’ve learned. Take this knowledge and try to reshape your ideas.

Empathize: Understand the needs and feelings of the people you’re solutioning for.

Repeat: Do it again!
